This meant a lot to the rescue. To be able to dream that a grant was within our grasp and then bang dreams shattered. Petco in Middletown has a new manager and he is in 5 weeks of training. So the event can not continue without him. no new fosters (which we dearly need)and the foster grant bubble blew up in our face.
